Returns and Exchange Policy
Returns
- Eligibility: Sasha Milano accepts returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@sashamilano.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any supporting documentation or images.
- Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning the item. Please include the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Return Shipping: We are responsible for return shipping costs, for the first return.
- Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed within 15 days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Exchanges

Non-Returnable Items

- Personalized or customized items.
- Items damaged due to misuse or neglect.
